  Mike's office has been doing my insurance for many years now, including: home, autos, and business insurance. His staff is always great and Mike is always available. I though having someone local would mean more expensive, which I was willing to pay to have a local agent, but it turns out it wasn't more money. Mike and staff are always willing to go the extra mile and get things done. It's worth your time to get a quote from Mike's office just to see if you'll save and have excellent customer service.

  After a VERY bad experience with Mike's office (see my husband's review) I attempted to let it go, and move on without wasting my time on this man anymore. I was successful until this morning. We received a phone call and Facebook message from Mike asking us to take down our poor review. He did NOT start this message by saying "I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry" as he should have but instead informed us that if we were truly Christians like he was we wouldn't have left this review... If I could give a lower rating to this office I would. After he committed insurance fraud, took thousands of our dollars in return for leaving our house uninsured, and caused my husband to lose his driver's license, we were advised by HIS district manager to take this matter to the California insurance board. We decided he wasn't worth our time. It is a man with low moral values that would use religion to try to guilt us into hiding his 'dirty laundry' as he referred to our situation. I have received no apologies from this man, and therefore he will receive none from me. To the man with the 'excellent' review: I am shocked to hear that you have even met Mike. After being with his office for over two years neither one of us had met him or talked to him on the phone after several visits to his office and attempts to try to get ahold of him. He even somehow wrote a policy on our home after NEVER coming to our location... which probably explains how we ended up insuring a house that didn't resemble ours at all- just what Mike imagined our home looked like as he sat in his office and collected our money.
