  I remember when B of A was a real professional business, those days are long gone with near zero customer service. I was there today to make a simple deposit and had a merchant with a deposit in front of me with the single teller helping him as people in line behind me walked away in disgust and frustration it was obvious that the bank staff at desks adjacent to the tellers windows could not care less when I politely mentioned to the teller that finally took my deposit it was apparent that what little staff was there would bare the brunt of the situation she was unimpressed she made a feeble attempt at being condescending when the transaction was over I said have a nice evening....never again will I ever walk through the doors of what was a bank called Bank of America never ever and neither should anyone else period

  I do not Bank at Bank of America, just for the reason it has become so corporate and less consumer friendly . My Grandmother worked for BofA for 20 years retired from there and can't believe how it is now. I visited this branch to deposit money for my friends mother who lives in another state. I do not bank there and I was depositing CASH and I had the account # and all information, but yet I needed ID to deposit cash. I had waited in line for 20 minutes because they had ONE teller to the whole building. I was so furious I had to step out and get my license and I cam right back in and expected to be helped right away for being inconvenienced, and when I asked if she was going to help me she said "I don't have to help you if you're going to be rude" she said this with the most bob and weave of the head I have ever seen. Her manager stood behind her, he had been there probably since I had originally got in line, who would have known he was a manager, why wouldn't he jump in and offer some customer service and get things going? Oh ya cause it's BofA. So to Yvette the head bobbing, too much eye liner, took her out of the ghetto but cant take the ghetto out of her. you wont go far in this life if you treat people like that. you'll end up just like your manager, bald and useless....
