- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I first called Rebecca seemed eager to help us and seemed knowleable. She wanted payment up from which we paid. Once she received the money she was rude, horrible at communication and obviously not as proficient as she claimed to be. Paperwork was wrong, constant mis-spellings, mis-communication with us as well as other professionals necessary in our case. Long story short, over 8 months pass with nothing but very un-professional snarky remarks and emails from Due process. Once we realized Due Process could not help us we cut our losses and hired another paralegal. Rebecca refused any refund even though she did little work on our case. The newly hired paralegal had our case completed and filed within 6 weeks. BUYERS Beware! Due process is NOT a good choice for any form of assistance.By Kelley Jo Riggins, June 29, 2017
